Dust Collector Building
SAN JOSE has a simple but highly effective system, and it has been consolidated for decades in installations in Europe, where atmospheric pollution from industries is very controlled.
Product Overview:
Anyone who has worked with rice is well aware that the dust it gives off when handled is harmful to our respiratory system.
When our industrial facilities are close to urban centers, the use of cyclones in the fans is not enough (although they considerably reduce dust levels).
SAN JOSE has a simple but highly effective system, and it has been consolidated for decades in installations in Europe, where atmospheric pollution from industries is very controlled.
It is a building somewhat larger in size than the dimensions of the dryer, making use of sprayed water curtains that will allow the impurities in the grain to be moistened, making them heavier, slowing down their speed and thus achieving practically total decantation.
Cleaning and maintenance are simple, they have an access door for collecting impurities and a central channel for collecting water.
