Silos with hoppers are generally used when complete emptying of the silo is necessary and frequent, either to ensure plant traceability or to avoid cross-contamination in the process (temporary storage, drying reception, dispatch of material by truck or train) and are characterized by its easy unloading.
They are available with capacities from 15 m3 up to 3.500 m3, in its version with 45º hopper and in capacities from 15 m3 up to 2500 m3, in the version with 60º hopper.
Characteristics of Silomasters hopper silos:
- Reinforced hoppers made of high resistance steel S450GD, with high strength and elasticity.
- Support structure composed of cold-formed profiles for the Neper series silos and hot-rolled profiles for the Inti series silos.
Silomasters silos are supplied with a 30° roof, giving to them a great resistance with a reduced height, which allows shortening the lengths of conveyors, elevators, and grain handling equipment.
